Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Code of Economic Law (Book VI), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give any reason.

Conditions

The product must be returned new, still sealed and in its original packaging. A sealed product whose shrink wrap has been removed can no longer be guaranteed as unopened and therefore cannot be taken back.

How to proceed

Let us know by e-mail at info@rarix.be or through our contact form, stating your name and the products concerned. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product received is defective or does not match your order.

Refund

The refund is made using the payment method you used, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold it until we have received the returned product.
