This website does not create accounts and does not set advertising cookies. When you write to us (contact form or request list), the message is sent from your own e-mail client: we receive your name, your e-mail address and the content of your message.

Your request list and your language choice are stored only in your browser (local storage). They are only sent to us if you send us your request.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to process your order (performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention period

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and then, for orders, for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@rarix.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
