Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. They are given to you with our reply to your request, before any order is placed.

Packaging

Displays, ETBs and boxes are shipped wedged in a reinforced carton so they arrive without knocks or damaged corners.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of it before opening it and contact us within 48 hours by e-mail at info@rarix.be or through our contact form.
