General terms and conditions of sale

Article 1. Purpose

These terms govern sales concluded between MEDIA 112 SRL (hereinafter « Rarix ») and any person placing an order following a request made via rarix.be.

Article 2. Products

The products presented are new, official and sealed. Photos are provided for illustration only; packaging may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Article 3. Request, price and order

The website does not display prices. After receiving your request, Rarix informs you of the availability, the price including VAT and the delivery costs. The order is concluded when you accept this offer and payment has been received.

Article 4. Payment

The accepted payment methods are stated with the offer. The products remain the property of Rarix until full payment.

Article 5. Delivery

See the Shipping page. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon receipt of the parcel.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, under the conditions described on the Returns and refunds page.

Article 7. Warranty

The products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Belgian Civil Code (Articles 1649bis to 1649octies).

Article 8. Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first to find an amicable solution. You may also contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service (consumerombudsman.be) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
